Design and development of the growth strategy for a tecnology start up
The lack of a clear strategy or the right management tools can hinder the success of any start up, regardless of the quality of their products and services.
The Beta Factor worked closely with the management team to articulate a long-term vision for the company and to develop the right management approach to support that vision. Together we identified the strategic priorities, helping the team to move forward with a shared vision and objectives. We assisted them to introduce the necessary organizational changes and structure to support the new strategy.
Providing the company with the right training and management tools was crucial to the success of the project, allowing them to evolve from a ‘just do it’ approach to an entrepreneurial business mindset.
